With an extensive knowledge in all aspects of secured finance, including residential mortgages, and both the ‘Buy to Let market’ and commercial sectors, Barrie will guide clients to the most suitable solution to suit their individual circumstance.

Ian has a central role at Circle Trust heading up the sales and support functions within the business with the key objective of making sure the business runs as efficiently as possible.

Working closely with Barrie, Ian liaises with clients and lenders to ensure mortgage applications are progressed smoothly ensuring the mortgage offer is issued as quickly as possible.

Ian has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years, previously as a Mortgage Director with Halifax (HBOS) and latterly Lloyds Bank.

Ian then became Managing Director of St Trinity Asset Management for six years, before beginning a new venture in 2015 when Circle Trust was born.

Claire has been with Circle Trust since the business was launched in 2015. Claire initially joined as Office Manager, however has now successfully passed her CeMap mortgage qualifications and is working closely with Barrie ensuring that clients are provided excellent customer service.

Before joining Circle Trust, Claire had successful career at Natwest Bank. Joining in 1990, Claire worked in several branches within the retail network. Claire was involved in monitoring compliance and quality control within the local bank network.

Suzie has been with Circle Trust since the business was launched in 2015. Suzie initially joined as part of the administration team. In 2017, Suzie moved into the role of Office Manger.

Before joining Circle Trust, Suzie spent 15 years with Natwest Bank. Suzie worked in several branches within the retail network in addition to a successful period in Private Banking.

Louise is central to the delivery of life insurance and protection services to Circle Trust clients. Louise works closely with Barrie and liaises between clients and insurance providers to ensure policies are issued swiftly and on the best possible terms.

In addition to the above Louise is responsible for providing Buildings and Contents cover for clients, including competitive renewal terms.

Louise joined Circle Trust during 2016, after a long career with Lloyds Bank. Whilst at Lloyds Bank, Louise worked in the bank network providing advice in respect of all core banking and savings products.
